Yes, your service will be scheduled for the same day of each service week. Sometimes you may be serviced one day later in the week. If that’s going to happen, we’ll let you know.
If you miss a visit due to dogs being outside, or a locked gate, we’ll automatically reschedule your service. If we miss you again, we’ll handle the double waste on the next visit. A credit isn’t added as a lawn service person was dispatched.
We’ll knock and call. If we’re unable to reach you, we’ll reschedule.
Yes! If you request service before 12 PM, your first visit can be on the same day if you request it.
